Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, or the product has been worn and used for it's intended purpose, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your item is damaged and this has not been reported within 24 hours of receiving your goods, you will be ineligible for a return as it is not possible to determine liability for product damage, such as during a workout with the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected for damage, we will send you an email to notify you of the next steps. This may simply be an automated dispatch e-mail of a replacement, or direct contact by phone, text, e-mail, or social media where sufficient communications consent exists.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please get in touch. If your order is in processing and the shipping has been arranged, you will not receive a shipping refund as we have already incurred this cost for you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: RX Trading ltd, Ramsgate Road, Sandwich, Kent, CT13 9ST.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was identified as damaged on delivery, and reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery date and time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In all instances, the customer is required to book the return postage to RX Trading LTD. Liability for the return and for goods is with the customer and RX Trading LTD will not arrange return postage or be liable if customers are not in for collections or any other delay in any form to inbound returns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for the costs of goods in the event of a lost parcel and will be required to seek compensation from the carrier as per your shipping contract with the carrier during the return.
