To help you get started here are some simple, brutal and effective workouts. Please bare in mind, if you are unsure on some of the names of the movements or you are unsure of your form, please seek guidance from a professional!
100 burpees for time.
Yes, this was always going to be there. A task orientated workout that anyone can do in almost any space. It sucks but its so good!
7 rounds of
14 air squats
7 box jumps.
Be sure of your box jumps! Its very easy to miss-step a box jump and scrape your shins, so use your arms to gain upward momentum and make sure!
3k run, every 2 mins perform
3 air squats
3 tuck jumps
1000 step ups for time.
If you want a nasty long sweaty one that will burn a ton of calories and hit the muscles of the legs like nothing else, do CHAD! Mentally break this one down into chunks of 50 or 25 and cross them off as you go.
With a vest, complete:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 press ups
300 air squats
1 mile run.
Please do not attempt this without some serious preparation! It is a beast of a workout and you’ll be sore from it (understatement) but it is so rewarding!
